What is coaching?

What are the benefits of coaching?

Working with Ms. McKinzey made everything come together for me. I am now able to coach myself. I can hear the questions she would ask me, and I am able to create my own plans and put my own supports in place so I can get my work done. I feel that I am better prepared to manage college independently.
